handyman-260x300  Broken window, leaky tap, damaged tiles. or just need a light in the attic. Getting a tradesman to come and do these types of jobs is nearly an impossibility and even if you are lucky enough to get one, He will charge you an arm and a leg.

Its not that he is out to take advantage of you. Its his business model is not set up to handle these type of jobs.

Unless you are lucky enough to know a lot of tradesman living in your area, and they are willing to oblige you. Your only options are to DIY or hire a handyman.

Lets be honest. Your local handyman is a Jack of all trades and a master of none. This doesn’t mean he is the wrong man for the job. Most small jobs don’t need a master tradesman. Just someone with the knowledge and more importantly the tools to get things done.

You Don’t need leonardo DaVinci to paint your windows or hall door. A competent handyman is more than capable of doing these tasks.

On the other hand you don’t want a complete nincompoop in your home.
